This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode”). By participating in the Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions and Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and (iii) Boost Terms and Conditions.

Campaign Period
25 August 2021 – 31 August 2021

This Campaign shall only be applicable to foodpanda’s android and website users who have registered Boost account (“Customers”).

Campaign Mechanics

  1. During the Campaign Period, Customers who have collected the RM5 Boost Lazada voucher (“Voucher”) via Boost app (by clicking on Lazada’s What’s New Card), Lazada’s website (https://www.lazada.com.my/) or mobile app must spend a minimum of RM50 (excluding delivery charges) in a single transaction on Lazada’s website (https://www.lazada.com.my/) or mobile app and make payment with Boost (“Transaction”) to be eligible to get RM5 off their total Transaction amount.
  2. Voucher is limited to the first 8,000 eligible Customers throughout Campaign Period.
  3. Each eligible Customer may only be able to collect and utilize one (1) Voucher under this Campaign.
  4. For the avoidance of doubt, the:
    1. a) eligible Customers will be able to see that the Voucher collected will be automatically applied at “Checkout” page prior making the payment with Boost;
    2. b) Voucher is not valid to be used with any other vouchers, promotions and/or offers; and
    3. c) Voucher is not applicable for fine jewelry/ gold, digital goods and milk formula products (0-1 year old) sold by Lazada.
  5. Voucher must be utilized by 31 August 2021, 23.59 (Malaysia Time). Any unutilized Voucher shall be forfeited and the Customer shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode or Lazada.
