BOOST X FOODPANDA – 10% CASHBACK NOVEMBER
This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode”). By participating in the Campaign, Customers (as hereinafter defined) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions.
In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions; and (iv) Boost Terms and Conditions.
1 November 2022 until 30 November 2022
This Campaign shall only be applicable to all Boost users (“Customers”).
- During the Campaign Period, Customers who spend a minimum of RM30 in a single transaction on foodpanda’s website (https://www.foodpanda.my/) or mobile application and make payment with Boost (“Transaction”) will be eligible to receive a cashback equivalent to 10% of the amount of the Transaction, capped at RM5 (“Reward”).
- The Reward is only limited to the first 16,000 eligible and successful Transactions throughout the Campaign Period on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Subject to paragraph 2 above, the Reward will be credited immediately into the Customer’s foodpanda Wallet in their Boost app upon successful Transaction.
- Subject to paragraph 2 above, each eligible Customer may only receive up to a maximum of two (2) Rewards under this Campaign.
- No minimum spend is required to utilize the Reward but the Reward must be utilized when making a single transaction on foodpanda’s website (https://www.foodpanda.my/) or mobile application only. For avoidance of doubt, each Reward is for single transaction/ use only.
- The Reward must be utilized within 30 days of receiving it. Any unutilized Reward shall expire and be forfeited automatically without further notice and the Customer shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode or foodpanda.
