This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T) (“eCode”). By participating in this Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms & Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms & Conditions, Boost Missions Features Terms & Conditions and Boost Loyalty Programme “BoostUP” Terms & Conditions (which shall govern the use of the Boost Stars rewarded under this Campaign).

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Missions Features Terms and Conditions (iii) Boost Loyalty Programme “BoostUP” Terms and Conditions; (iv) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions; and (v) Boost Terms and Conditions.

Campaign Period

10th March 2021 until 28th February 2022.


This Campaign shall be applicable to all Boost users (“Customers”, each of them a “Customer”).

Campaign Mechanics

  1. To participate in this Campaign and to be able to receive 1,000 Boost Stars (“Reward”) in BoostUp account in Boost mobile application (“Boost App”), Customer has to perform the following steps:
    1. (a) activate the Boost x CIMB: Top Up Boost Wallet Mission (“Mission”) in the Boost App; and
    2. (b) top up a minimum of RM50.00 into Boost wallet on Boost App using the Customer’s CIMB credit card.

    To participate in this Campaign, a Customer, during the Campaign Period must activate the Mission (as per paragraph 1(a) above) and complete the Mission (i.e. perform the step set out in paragraph 1(b) above) within five (5) days after activating the Mission, failing which the Customer is not eligible to participate in this Campaign.

    For the avoidance of doubt,

    (a) If a Customer activates the Mission on 7th June 2021, he must complete his Mission on or before 11th June 2021, i.e. before the expiry of the 5-days period;

    (b) The last day for a Customer to activate the Mission is 28th February 2022;

    (c) If a Customer activates the Mission on 28th February 2022, he must complete his Mission on or before 4th March 2022.

  2. The Reward will only be given upon successful completion of the Mission. Each Reward shall be subject to the Boost Loyalty Programme “BoostUp” Feature Terms and Conditions.
  3. The Reward must be utilized within one (1) year after the same is credited into the eligible Customer’s BoostUp account, failing which the Reward shall expire and shall be automatically forfeited without notice and the Customer shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode.
  4. Participation in this Mission is limited to 6,000 Customers only per month during the Campaign Period on a first come, first serve basis.
  5. During the Campaign Period, each Customer can only participate in this Mission once per month.
  6. Entry into this Mission is free.
  7. Where applicable, when it comes to completing multiple Boost missions of the same criteria, only one (1) mission will be considered as completed, based on the following order, by highest reward, by earliest expiry, by earliest participation date.
  8. For the avoidance of doubt, Customers who have received the Reward under this Campaign are not entitled for the default Boost Stars which is tied up to their BoostUp level.
