BOOST X BHPETROL RM2 CASHBACK CAMPAIGN
This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode). By participating in the Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions.
In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and (iv) Boost Terms and Conditions.
15 November 2021 until 16 January 2022
This Campaign shall be applicable to Boost users (“Customers”).
1. Customers who spend a minimum of RM40.00 in a single transaction at participating BHPetrol stations [utility bill payment service, reload service and carwash service are excluded (“Excluded Products/Services”)] and pay with Boost (“Transaction”) will be eligible to receive RM2.00 cashback (“Cashback”), which will be credited immediately into the Customer’s BHPetrol wallet in the Boost App.
2. Each eligible Customer may only receive a maximum of One (1) Cashback under this Campaign.
3. Cashback is limited to the first 66,327 eligible Transactions throughout the Campaign Period.
4. A minimum spending of RM10.00 is required to utilize the Cashback and the Cashback:
- is valid for use in the eligible Customers’ next transaction only;
- shall be utilized to make a transaction at participating BHPetrol stations only; and
- cannot be utilized for the Excluded Products/Services.
5. The Cashback must be utilized within thirty (30) days after receiving it. Any unutilized Cashback by the Customers shall expire and be forfeited automatically without notice and the Customers shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode.
