BOOST BIRTHD4Y BASH – “FUN FRIDAYS” ENGAGEMENT CONTEST

This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode”). By participating in the Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and Terms and Conditions for Boost Partner Wallet.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Terms and Conditions for Boost Partner Wallet; (iii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions; and (iii) Boost Terms and Conditions.

8 October 2021 until 31 October 2021

Eligibility
This Campaign shall be applicable to all Boost users (“Customers”).

Campaign Mechanics

1. Customers who participate in the “Fun Fridays” BOOST BIRTHD4Y BASH Engagement Contest hosted weekly on Boost’s social media platforms (“Weekly Contest”) will stand a chance to win an RM40 Fun Fridays Partner Wallet (“Prize”).
2. The mechanics and the winner selection criteria of the Weekly Contest shall be as specified on the social media post for each Weekly Contest.
3. eCode will select sixteen (16) winners weekly, with eight (8) winners on Facebook and eight (8) winners on Instagram, for a total of sixty-four (64) winners throughout the Campaign Period based on the winner’s selection criteria. The winners will be selected within seven (7) working days after the end of each Weekly Contest. Each Customer may only win one (1) Prize per Weekly Contest.
4. The winners of the Weekly Contest will be notified via Boost’s Instagram and Facebook pages (“Winner Announcement”) and will also receive a direct message from Boost’s official Instagram and Facebook account. Winners must respond to Boost’s direct message with their contact details for prize fulfilment purposes within three (3) days, failing which, the Prize shall be forfeited and the winner(s) shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode.
5. The Prize will be credited into the winners’ Partner Wallet in their Boost app within seven (7) working days after the Winner’s Confirmation date.
6. A minimum spend of RM80 is required to utilize the Prize in a single transaction, and the Prize must be utilized when making any payments via the Boost app (excluding peer-to-peer transfers and cash-out transactions) (“Utilization”).
7. The Prize must be utilized within thirty (30) days upon receipt of the Prize. Any unutilized amount shall be forfeited.
