This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode). By participating in the Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions and Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and (iii) Boost Terms and Conditions.

Campaign Period
23 August 2021 until 30 September 2021


  1. This Campaign shall be applicable to all Boost users (“Customers”).
  2. By participating in this Campaign, you hereby acknowledge and agree to allow and authorize eCode to disclose the following details for purposes of its winners’ announcement on its social media pages and Boost mobile application (“Boost App”), if you win the Prize under this Campaign:
    1. (i) your first name only; and
    2. (ii) the last 4 digits of your phone number registered with Boost,

    without first obtaining any further consent from you nor making any payment whatsoever to you.

  3. In the event that you disagree to have your details as set out in paragraph 2 above to be disclosed by eCode, you shall email to campaigns@myboost.com.my to express your disagreement and decision to be opted-out from this Campaign. In such instances, you have opted-out from this Campaign and you shall no longer be eligible to participate in this Campaign and shall not be entitled to receive any prize under this Campaign.

Campaign Mechanics

  1. During the Campaign Period, top seven (7) Customers who performed highest Boost coins conversion from each coins conversion partner listed in Table 1 below (“Winners”, each a “Winner) will be entitled to win an Apple Airtag each (“Prize”).For the avoidance of doubt, there will be a total of thirty-five (35) Prizes given out to thirty-five (35) eligible Customers who meet the criteria under this Campaign.Table 1

  2. Each Winner is only entitled to win one (1) Prize under this Campaign.
  3. With regards to the Prize:
    1. a. The eligible Winners will be notified by eCode via push notification in the Boost App and/ or email by 21 October 2021 and the Prize will be given in the form of a voucher with voucher code and be credited into the Winners’ Boost app (to be found under Profile > Rewards > My Rewards).
    2. b. Each Winner shall redeem the Prize in accordance with paragraph 3(c) below within thirty (30) days after the Prize (in the form of voucher with voucher code) is credited into the Winner’s Boost app, failing which the Prize shall expire and be automatically forfeited without further notice and the said Winner shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode.
    3. c. Each Winner shall redeem the Prize in the following manner:
      1. i. Open Boost app, select Profile > click on Rewards > click on My Rewards;
      2. ii. Select the Prize voucher page, copy the voucher code;
      3. iii. Click “Go to Dreamshop” and it will land at the dedicated site <https://dreamshop.com.my/pd/apple-airtag-(1-pack)-dcr03759.uid_11846?type=rs>;
      4. iv. Add the item into Cart and proceed to checkout;
      5. v. Fill in all the required details for delivery arrangement;
      6. vi. Upon payment checkout page, enter the voucher code (refer to step ii above) and click confirm purchase;
      7. vii. Unless any unforeseeable circumstance happens and subject to the delivery availability, each Winner should receive the Prize within 21 working days after the purchase is confirmed following the steps set out in this paragraph 3(c).
    4. d. eCode shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or costs incurred or suffered by any Winners as a result of their non-compliance with the requirements set out herein.
    5. e. The Prize offered under this Campaign shall be subject to availability of stock. eCode reserves the right to substitute and replace the Prize offered with another prize of equal value or higher value as eCode deems fit.
