20% Off Utility And Education Vouchers Campaign

This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode). By participating in the Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and (iii) Boost Terms and Conditions

Campaign Period

30 October 2020 until 12 November 2020

Eligibility

This Campaign shall be applicable to Boost users (“Customers”)

Campaign Mechanics:

1. During the Campaign Period, Customers will be eligible to get 20% discount (“Discount”) when they purchase any of the digital vouchers listed in Table 1 below (“Digital Voucher”) from the Boost app (“Transaction”).

2. The Discount above is available on a first-come, first-served basis and limited to the following quantity:

3. Each Customer may purchase the Digital Voucher unlimited times, subject to availability of stock.

4. Customers agree that each Digital Voucher shall be subject to the following terms and conditions:

a) You shall not misuse, mishandle, resell, replace, or modify the Digital Voucher in any way and shall purchase the Digital Voucher for own consumption only. You hereby agree to fully indemnify and to hold Boost harmless from and against any and all claims (including claims by the third party), losses, costs, actions, proceedings, damages, expenses (including reasonable legal costs and expenses) or liabilities, whatsoever suffered or incurred directly or indirectly by Boost in consequences of and/or in connection with your breach of this provision.

b) The Digital Voucher sold is not for resale or exchangeable for cash.

c) The Digital Voucher code is only valid for a single-use only

d) No refund, change, or cancellation is allowed once the payment has been made.
