12.12 Internet Deals Campaign
This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode). By participating in the Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and Boost Loyalty Programme “BoostUp” Terms and Conditions (which shall govern the use of the Boost Coins rewarded under this Campaign).
In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions and Boost terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Loyalty Programme “BoostUp” Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and (iv) Boost Terms and Conditions.
Campaign Period
12 December 2020 from 00.00 to 23.59 (Malaysia Time)
Eligibility
This Campaign shall be applicable to all Boost users (“Customers”).
Campaign Mechanics
(A) Taobao 12X Boost Coins Category
1. During the Campaign Period, Customers who spend a minimum of RM 200 in a single transaction on Taobao’s website (https://world.taobao.com/) and make payment with Boost (“Transaction”) will be eligible to receive 12X Boost coins based on the Transaction amount (“Boost Coins”), via the Shake Rewards upon successful Transaction (example: A spent RM200 in a single Transaction and made payment with Boost. A will be eligible to receive 2,400 Boost Coins), subject to paragraph 2.
2. The Boost Coins:
- rewarded per Transaction shall be up to a maximum of 2,400 Boost Coins;
- shall be limited to the first 2,500 eligible Transactions throughout the Campaign Period; and
- is limited to a maximum of three (3) Transactions per Customer.
3. For the avoidance of doubt, Customers who have received the Boost Coins under this Campaign are not entitled for the default Boost coins which is tied up to their BoostUp level.
4. The Boost Coins must be utilized by 31 December 2020, failing which, the Boost Coins shall expire and shall be automatically forfeited without notice.
(B) 12X Boost Coins Category
1. During the Campaign Period, Customers who spend a minimum of RM50 in a single transaction and make payment with Boost (“Transaction”) at any Boost online partner’s website, mobile app or Boost Apptile listed below will be eligible to receive 12X Boost coins based on the Transaction amount (“Boost Coins”), via the Shake Rewards upon successful Transaction (example: A spent RM50 in a single Transaction and made payment with Boost. A will be eligible to receive 600 Boost Coins), subject to paragraph 2.

2. The Boost Coins:
- rewarded per Transaction shall be up to a maximum of 600 Boost Coins;
- shall be limited to the first 2,500 eligible Transactions throughout the Campaign Period; and
- is limited to a maximum of three (3) Transactions per Customer.
3. For the avoidance of doubt, Customers who have received the Boost Coins under this Campaign are not entitled for the default Boost coins which is tied up to their BoostUp level.
4. The Boost Coins must be utilized by 31 December 2020, failing which, the Boost Coins shall expire and shall be automatically forfeited without notice.
(C) 5X Boost Coins Category
1. During the Campaign Period, Customers who spend a minimum of RM50 in a single transaction and make payment with Boost (“Transaction”) at any Boost online partner’s website, mobile app or Boost Apptile listed below will be eligible to receive 5X Boost coins based on the Transaction amount (“Boost Coins”), via the Shake Rewards upon successful Transaction (example: A spent RM50 in a single Transaction and made payment with Boost. A will be eligible to receive 250 Boost Coins), subject to paragraph 2.
