100% EXTRA BOOST STARS CAMPAIGN

This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970- T)) (“eCode” or “Boost”). By participating in the Campaign, Customers (as hereinafter defined) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and Boost Loyalty Programme “BoostUp” Terms and Conditions (which shall govern the use of the Boost Stars rewarded under this Campaign).

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Loyalty Programme “BoostUp” Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions; and (iv) Boost Terms and Conditions.

About this Campaign
This Campaign is organized by Boost to reward eligible Customers with extra 100% Boost Stars upon their successful conversion from Boost’s participating partners during the Campaign Period.

Campaign Period
20 November 2021 until 31 December 2021

Eligibility
This Campaign shall be applicable to all Boost users (“Customers”).

Campaign Mechanics
1. During the Campaign Period, Customers who convert loyalty points from Boost’s participating partners into Boost Stars (in accordance with the Boost partners’ respective redemption program) (“Conversion”) will be eligible to receive the extra 100% Boost Stars. For clarity, a list of participating Boost loyalty partnerships can be found under ‘Stars Exchange’ section in the Boost app

2. Eligible Customers must perform the relevant Conversion by 31 December 2021, 23:59pm to be eligible to receive the extra 100% Boost Stars.

Example: If a Customer converts his/ her 12,000 Bank A points during the Campaign Period and is entitled to receive 4,000 Boost Stars on a regular basis from the conversion, he/ she will receive 4,000 extra Boost Stars from this Campaign bringing the total Boost Stars earned to 8,000 Boost Stars.

3. The extra 100% Boost Stars shall be credited into the eligible Customers’ BoostUp account within thirty (30) days after the end of the Campaign Period or any other date as may be determined by Boost in its sole and absolute discretion.
